The efficiency and thermal vertical is operating through a private operating partnership that is not named publicly; the pipeline and its indicative returns are modeled and origination-grade until each opportunity reaches a financeable decision. Tariff, grid emission factor, carbon price, and crediting assumptions reflect external sources and current local guidance as understood at the date above, and are recalibrated periodically.
