What does Tessera Capital Partners do?

We are developing an investment platform for energy infrastructure at commercial and industrial sites in Southeast Asia. Our focus includes efficient cooling, rooftop solar, battery storage and EV infrastructure.

How is the platform intended to be structured?

Tessera Keystone Fund I is in structuring. The proposed model uses individual project companies to own energy assets, while specialist partners deliver and operate them under project agreements.

What is operating today?

A first cooling operating partnership is in place. Solar, storage and EV opportunities are in development. Fund I remains in structuring.

Can a site owner explore a project?

Yes. Begin with your company, site location, building type and objective. We then discuss the site, check feasibility and agree scope and commercial terms if there is a fit. No private financial documents are needed for the first email.

Are the site examples confirmed investments?

No. Hotels, malls, factories and similar sites illustrate where solutions may apply. A project depends on its own technical review, agreements and financing.

How is carbon value treated?

Carbon revenue is not assumed unless a project's eligibility, pathway and customer allocation are confirmed in its terms. Illustrative carbon value is different from contracted or received credit-sale revenue.
