Tessera Keystone Fund I is being structured to invest in energy infrastructure at commercial and industrial sites. Project companies would own the equipment and customer contracts; specialist partners would deliver and operate the systems.

In structuring
Fund I is in structuring. Investment terms and commitments would be set out in definitive documentation.
Project development
A first cooling operating partnership is in place. Solar, storage and EV infrastructure opportunities remain in development.
How opportunities are assessed
We look at the customer's operating need, site conditions, technical scope, delivery arrangements and commercial terms before considering financing. Each investment requires its own site evidence, contracts and financing plan.
Project economics and any carbon value require project-level evidence and agreed terms. Carbon revenue is not assumed in an investment case unless the relevant pathway and allocation are confirmed.
